Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 arrives at Nintendo Switch

Bandai Namco brings last year's Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 to Nintendo Switch this fall, the publisher announced this weekend. The port of the combat RPG will arrive almost a year after its counterpart PlayStation 4, Windows PC and Xbox One.

It seems that the Switch version will take full advantage of the hardware capabilities. Bandai Namco said on Twitter that Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 for Switch will feature an ad hoc multiplayer, motion controls and two-player battles on a single system, each player receiving its own controller Joy Con.

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 has grown on its predecessor with a larger central city and an increase in the number of online players. Xenoverse games focus on personalizing characters, allowing players to create their own heroes and a story mode that allows players to relive the story of Dragon Ball and protect the story of his universe by revisiting the moments key.

Bandai Namco and developer Dimps have supported Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 with a series of downloadable content packs that include new characters, movements and story mode quests. It is not clear if these DLC add-ons get to the Switch version, but we contacted the editor for more details.
